Strawberry Cake from Scratch

This cake was a little dense even after taking suggestions from others and tweaking a little, but honestly, it didn't bother me a bit! The flavor was delicious-Added fresh strawberries and cut down on the gelatin, and used cream cheese icing. Will certainly make again.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Delicious and super easy to make. I did halve the recipe to make one huge loaf..still great, but very dense. All in all, I love the recipe but will maybe make in two loaf pans next time.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

pretty darn good recipe. I added roasted chicken and a few other seasonings which gave it a great flavor. I wasn't crazy that it was more moist than I was planning, but I think that's just personal preference.
