Sweet Potato Rolls
The first time I had sweet potato rolls was when I met my husband's family in rural VA. They were to die for. I was always intimidated by the women in his family who made them. This past Thanksgiving, I found this recipe and "tried". I woke my husband up at 3am "taste it". He loved them! I had 3 of them on the spot. They were the talk of my dinner gathering. My German neighbors ask for them now. My only regret is that one batch didn't make 3 dozen vice 1. :) Thank you so much! I'm going to now to try it with pumpkin. Can't wait to see if that works. Goat Cheese Salmon
This was a nice change from the normal sweet or buttery salmon recipes, but it didn't go over well with my family. They enjoyed it but don't want me to cook it again anytime soon. My DH thought it was too many different flavors. I myself thought it was good and a nice change of pace. But when I saw 2 pieces remaining in the pan, I knew I couldn't really cook this one again.

Maple Salmon
This was delicious! My husband and I are on diets but we desperately want to keep taste and flavor. Thank you for this one. Even my kids wanted seconds. I served it with fresh spinach sauteed in olive oil and fresh garlic. I did not have maple syrup the second time I made this. I used mollasses, worstershire sauce and soy sauce. It was just as good. Also, I marinated it a few minutes less than the recipe said...guess we were just hungry...and the sauce is devine with one little slither of toasted bread as a garnish. It tastes good and makes a great presentation. I am putting this one in my "entertainment" category. Thanks Starflower!!!
