Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Very good! I halved the butter and added chicken broth to moisten it up. I used a bit of regular milk and added flour to the sauce to thicken it up.

Microwaved Potatoes Lyonnaise

BBQ Steak

This is totally awsome! We have used T-bones, Venison, Rib Eyes, you name it, every time it turns out wonderful. You will not need steak sauce of any kind. I like to make it for company and the steak comes up several times in the conversation.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

We have made these our family cookies. We take them everywhere and always get compliments on them. I add a cup of chocolate chips, the flavors together are great.
