Grandpa's Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
Fantastic! I even made a mistake when I was making it and it still turned out great! (I forgot to bring the sugar to a boil before adding the peanut butter)

Tater Tot Casserole I

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
I love this recipe! I have made it as instructed, I have made custom versions with bacon and ham, we've had it for supper, breakfast and lunch, I made two pans of it for breakfast after a bachelorette party, everyone has LOVED it!! I do like to bake the tater tots as directed on the bag before putting them on top and then I smother the casserole with more cheddar cheese in the last few minutes of baking :D

Southern Butter Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Perfect! Made them exactly as the recipe instructs and all 24 of them were gone in one night! They were eaten by everyone as snacks and we had them with homemade spaghetti...they probably would have eaten them for breakfast if there had been any left!

Chocolate Icing

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I have made it countless times now and I make it just as the recipe specifies, but sometimes I double or triple the recipe, depending on what I am making :)

Grandma's Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
this was the exact ingredients list i was looking for, but i did use my own tried and true baking method, like others have said, heat the fat to smoke point first and get the batter in the pan asap!

Mushroom Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2008
this recipe is amazing! everyone loved it, i had to make some adaptations as i only had stewing beef and red and yellow peppers (instead of the green), but it was wonderful anyway! i cut all the pieces of stew beef into thin slices and marinated it in the fridge for most of the day...served over rice...awesome!!

Almost Beau Monde Seasoning

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
I have been searching for beaumonde seasoning for years now since I can no longer find it locally, and don't have the means to buy online (i.e. credit card) and this is the same recipe I have found everywhere for it with the exception of one which did not include the bay leaf and one other ingredient.

Buzzsaw's BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2007
OMG! YUM! I used this on ribs, everyone loved it! I had no cornstarch, so obviously I used flour..no issues..and I like it a little sweeter so I added more molasses...it was so good after the ribs were gone, out came the loaf of bread to get any sauce that was left!!! I can just imagine how yummy this will be when I try it on chicken next! :D :D :D

Pork Chop Packs

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
My family really liked it, needed a little "something" to me though, my chops and potatoes cooked perfectly (I set it for an hour) and to those of you who read the other reviews, aluminum foil is perfectly fine, BUT do not STORE acidic food in it (i.e. tomato sauce, vinegar etc.), THAT will cause it to break down and get into your food, but even then it won't hurt you, it just tastes gross.
