About this Cook
I'm a mother of one and a wife of one. I work full time as a Medical Assistant for a Plastic Surgeon. I love working and would be a horrible stay-at-home mom because I would want to constantly clean clean clean, workout, clean some more, workout, shop shop shop, and that would just be my first day at home. I love living in Denver and I love my life!
My favorite things to cook
I cook a mean chicken enchilada. I love anything thats healthy, full of vegetables, and doesn't have any strange ingrediants. My family enjoys when I cook and I love cooking for them!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love taco night at our house. I used chopped dill pickles. I grew up on it, along with my brothers, and will continue eating dill pickles on tacos 4-evah!
My cooking triumphs
I cooked Thanksgiving dinner by myself one time, it turned out fabulous, but never again.
My cooking tragedies
I made vegetarian sausages, OMG they were HORRIBLE.
