P B and J Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
AMAZING! These are so addictive! I want to eat 5 of these in a row. The jam didn't stay right in the middle, but I knew they wouldn't, and they look fine if it doesn't. I suggest baking them at 350 degrees like others have also suggested. I did, and they turned out perfectly that way. I also mixed all the sugar in with the batter, instead of sprinkling it on top, and it turned out fine. YUMMMYYY!!!

Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
This is a very good bread machine recipe. It really is whole wheat bread that isn't too dense. Definitely a keeper!

Filled Apricot Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
I am giving this recipe 4 stars, because these tasted great, but I had to add a cup of powdered sugar like another reviewer suggested. As long as you do that they will taste AMAZING!

Very Easy Mushroom Barley Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
This soup is simply amazing! So easy to make, and so delicious. I agree with the other reviewers: you must soak your barley before hand. about 8 hours. Or else it will take forever to cook through. The only other changes was that I used beef broth, and a cup of barley. SO AMAZING!! YUM!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
DELICIOUS!!!! A snap to make. I used to make alfredo sauce out of cream cheese, but not after I tried this. I added a bit of garlic pepper and oregano, and it turned out perfect. My son asked for seconds! He rarely ever does that!

I was very disappointed with this recipe. It isn't very chocolatey, and it has an odd flavor.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
I am giving this 4 stars because while this is a yummy recipe, I think it needs a few changes. I am going to try what the other reviewer said about tempering the pudding and all that. I also used less sugar. Good basic recipe.

I cooked this a little too long, and it got burned, but other than that it turned out pretty good. the only thing was that it tasted a little bland. i think that next time i will try a little more spice.

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2005
They were easy to make, and easy to remove from the cookie sheet, but I don't think they tasted all that wonderful. They were okay. Maybe it was because I used less margerine than directed. I don't think I'll bother making them again.

Really Basic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2005
I can't believe how easy this recipie is, or how few ingredients it used! But, most importaintly, they tasted great. I made only one change to the recipie. Instead of using one agg I used two egg whtites. My family ate them up right away. I was having problems trying not to eat anymore. They couldn't believe there was no flour in the recipie. This recipie is so simple, I never try another peanut butter cookie recipie again.
