No Roll Pie Crust I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
I just used this for apple dumplings and it worked great! I doubled the recipe, formed 6 balls, flattened on counter, and formed around apples. I think my usual dough would have been hard to work with. I'll be using this again-Thanks!!!

Caramel Shortbread Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
Excellent!!!! I only messed with the chocolate topping. I did not use milk chocolate chips-I used two cups semi-sweet chips with one can sweetened condensed milk that you microwave for one minute, mix well, pour over and let set. I got rave reviews and numerous request for thr recipe. Many felt it tasted like a twix bar. I forgot to say I doubled the recipe to make a 9x13 pan, so my chocolate topping is for the 9x13 size pan.

Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
This cake was good, but not wow. I made it in a 9x13 and cooked about 43 minutes. Heavy cake with not alot of flavor. A carrot cake would have been better with the frosting. If you don't like sweet frosting you won't like this. Frosting had good flavor and the kids loved it.
