Spiced Mixed Nuts

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
These are really good and easy. I cooked in microwave for 4 1/2 minutes and stirred after every minute. Left some of the nuts in clumps to dry. Tasted better the next morning when they were crunchy.

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This was really good on a cold evening. I made recipe as written but I used seasoned fries and added extra seasoning to meat per taste. Great comfort food and it was something the kids could cover in ketchup. Thanks for recipe!

Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
I love this recipe. I have made 3 batches now. The 4th batch I made I replaced the 1 cup each of unflavored non-dairy creamer and french vanilla non-dairy creamer with 2 cups IRISH CREME non-dairy creamer and only used 1 1/2 cups sugar. Now I REALLY like this recipe also. Not to mention my co-workers like the irish creme recipe a little better than the original one. Now the thing is I want to replace the IRISH CREME non-dairy creamer with the GINGERBREAD non-dairy creamer, but it's seasonal and I can't find any. So if someone would try it and the review it, I would greatly appreciate it. For all of my batches I used the tsp. each allspice and nutmeg but NOT the white pepper.

I skipped the bacon-sorry, it just seemed wrong, but I stuck to the rest and loved it! Nice and moist and I loved the flavor. Poured juice into pan and whipped into a thick gravy with extra flour. Thanks for recipe!

Tasted great and was beautiful-I was afraid the apple butter would be too strong a taste but was perfect. Everyone loved the topping. Thanks!

Southwestern Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2007
I loved the flavor of the salad and I don't even like lime! I used cherry tomatoes, added black olives and pepperjack cheese cubes and doubles the recipe. If it wasn't for a bakesale I would add jalapeno per my taste. Thanks for recipe!

I have been making this same recipe for years and it's my favorite. I get request at work all the time to make these. I don't use the almond flavoring or almonds on top anymore-people preferred it without. These are easy and delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
