Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting

VERY GOOD. MUCH EASIER TO FROST AND ADD A FEW SPRINKLES AFTER BAKING THEN TO MESS AROUND WITH THE SPRINKLES BEFORE BAKING REGULAR SUGAR COOKIES. THE FROSTING WAS A BIG HIT WITH MY KIDS. THANKS

Apple Crisp II

WE HAVE A FEW APPLE TREES IN OUR BACK YARD AND THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO USE SOME OF THE APPLES. I DID INCREASE THE BUTTER TO 1 CUP AS SUGGESTED AND I USED CINNAMON INSTANT OATMEAL.
