I've made this recipe a few times and have made a few changes. Really good as is but I made it easier for me. Instead of 5 tablespoons soy sauce I use 1/3 cup, just easier to measure. I like to use a garlic press so instead of 2 tablespoons garlic I used 1 tablespoon crushed garlic. I also used only 1 tablespoon seasame seeds instead of 2. I only marinate for two hours, it's all the time it needs as the meat is sliced so thin. The last change was how I grilled the beef. I used skewers and skewered the meat back and forth onto the skewers. It made it easy to manage the meet on the grill. But like I said, recipe is 5 star already. It's so tender and flavorful!
