Triple Chocolate Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
This recipe turned out very good. It was a little hard to work with. The dough was very sticky so I added more flour when I rolled it out. Quite a bit more actually. I ended up spraying some wax paper with nonstick spray so I could actually work with it. That's all I had on hand but it worked. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't a little hard to work with the dough.

Chewy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2013
I just made this recipe for my 4 daughters and myself and let me tell you it's a hit. The ages of my children are 15, 12, 11 and 5. So it pleased all age groups. I used some colored sugars on some of the cookies and my 5 year old is allergic to milk so I used earth balance natural buttery spread. It's vegan and they are still AMAZING. No rolling, no chilling....just quick, easy, delicious sugar cookies!

Chili Macaroni Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
I loved it. I had a lot of family over this week so I needed something that would serve quite a few. Casseroles are the way to go when you are serving a lot of people. I omitted the tomatoes because of picky little children in the house and also served the corn on the side. I added one extra can of tomato sauce because I omitted the diced tomatoes and it turned out wonderful. I always sprinkle a little extra cheese. I also went ahead and cooked it with the chips then also put the bag out so people could add some fresh ones to the top of their own plate of food. The kids liked it and the adults. We all had seconds!

Chocolate Drop Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
This was a very easy to make cookie. I wanted something to make for Christmas baking. I decided I wanted chocolate, but not a chocolate chip cookie. I love them, but wanted an entirely chocolate cookie. This is exactly what I was looking for. They are still super soft a day later. It is a cake like cookie for sure. I love it though. The frosting is sweet and satisfies my sweet tooth perfectly. I have a request from my husband to make some for him to take to work for his friends. :)

Wacky Cake VIII

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
I love this cake. I've made it now several times. My 2 year old little girl is allergic to milk. I first found it when looking for a milk free cake recipe for her first birthday. It's now a regular treat in our house. I just made it again tonight. I have my family making it too. We all like it better than a boxed chocolate cake. Excellent!
