Easy Vegetable Pot Pie

This was SO easy! I used cream of mushroom soup to add more flavor. Next time I'll try making my own crust, and will also cook the bottom crust a bit before adding filling...it seemed a little soggy. My son and I each ate one piece, and my husband devoured the rest in one sitting!

Emily's Famous Apple Pie

This was my first apple pie and it turned out pretty good! I thought the cloves were a bit much, but others said it was nice and spicy. I probably won't try making another apple pie until I get a peeler/corer...that was a lot of work!

St. Patrick's Day Zucchini-Oatmeal Cookies

I made a double batch of these for a St Patrick's Day Party for 15 toddlers, and they were a big hit with adults and kiddos! I did 1 batch w/choc chips, 1 batch w/raisins, and both were gobbled up. I was expecting the green to stand out more, but I guess you could add food coloring like another reviewer suggested.
