Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer

GF, didn't have sharp cheddar cheese used mexican blend. was kind of soggy, back to oven for a little more time. after I made a face. It's a good starter recipe to build on.

very good! (-1 star had to use bread crumbs for a little binder) girl friend made this for dinner last night. if i hadn't seen her use turkey and quinoa. i would have belived it was beef. p.s makes great meat loaf sandwiches, thats what having for breakfast while iam rating this recipe.

Pita Pizza

rateing 4.75 stars! used a preheated pizza stone dusted with corn meal, at 450' baked the pizza for 7 minutes. didn't burn. a keeper for quick fix meals.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Very good, and so easy. Followed recipe, but next time going to tweak a little by adding some diced onion, a little liquid smoke, and a little hot sauce for a kick.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Absolutely a big hit at our Christmas party. Slight changes, added the 7oz can size of green chilies, instead of the 4oz, and a little more jalapenos to get the right heat "like it spicy" and a 1/2 cup of mexican blend cheese's into mixture. this is a keeper!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

didn't have flour tortillas, had corn, they worked for me!, the change i will make next time is to add diced jalapenos, and double the green chilies, to give it a little kick. over all this is a keeper!

made this recipe twice now, first time followed recipe exactly, little to tart for my liking, second time left out the lemon juice. and i had let it steep for 24 hours(hard thing to do, but well worth it!)

Bean Burrito Casserole

it was ok, don't think i will try again. used shredded beef and green chili chimchangas. the casserole was moist though. baked mine for 45 min at 350'. don't let my 3 stars discourage you. try it, and see what you think!

Apple Crisp II

the best! made a few slight changes. i used heavy cream instead of water,"will seem runny, but let the crisp soak up the heavy cream" couple squirts of lemon, and lime juice. to help apples from turnning brown, and a little more tartness. and only bake mine for 40 minutes."like my crisp a little under done"
