Absolutely fantastic. I had a party of 50+ people, used two crock pots divided evenly with this recipe -- one with a basic sweet bbq sauce and italian dressing, the other with a smoky chipotle bbq sauce and balsamic italian dressing (made with four seasons packets). BOTH were fantastic - some of my guests were even convinced that the second recipe with the balsamic dressing was pork, not chicken. I served this with hamburger buns, and everyone was thrilled. Be aware that once the chicken is fully cooked, it looks a bit dry and the sauce is watery. Don't be worried - as soon as you shred the chicken and return it to the pot, the chicken soaks up the sauce and it becomes just the right thickness. In future, I plan to keep using the smoky sauce and balsamic dressing, but in general, you just can't go wrong with this recipe.
