Pad Thai
This was excellent! It tasted almost as good as our favorite thai restaurant. I followed the advice of other reviewers. I tripled the sauce (triple the vinegar, using rice wine though, triple the fish sauce, only 4 TBSP of sugar though). I also added about 2 TBSP of creamy peanut butter. OMG! It was delicious. Finally, I about tripled the red pepper flakes because we love spice. I also added 2 cloves of garlic when I sauted the chicken.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
This was very good. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts. I also used panko instead of bread crumbs. It was very garlicky - but really good. My husband requested it again so it's a winner.

Hashbrown Casserole
It was good. I added more cheese than the recipe and still thought it needed more cheese. It was more creamy than cheesy. I also used fat free soup (one cream of chicken and one cream of celery) and fat free sour cream. I also used real onion. My guests asked for the recipe so that must mean something.
