Tuna Egg Sandwich

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
I'm very finicky about tuna, this is one of the only ways that I actually like it. Nice and simple recipe and I like the crunch with the celery. My husband and I add a little sweet relish to ours as well. Thanks for the recipe.

We made this recipe twice over Thanksgiving week. The second time around I added a little garlic powder for just a little extra flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
This soup was exactly what I wanted! I shredded a roasted chicken from the deli instead of cooking the chicken in the crock pot. It turned out great! We served it with sour cream, avocado, cheese, and tortilla chips. Thanks for the great recipe!

Franks and Corn Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2006
We had all the ingredients on hand so I thought I'd give this recipe a shot. It was great! Very easy to mix together and throw in the oven! We ate ours with a little squirt of ketchup and mustard. Thanks for the fast and yummy recipe!

Pumpkin Chocolate Dessert Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2006
This cake is super yummy. Next time around I will add just a little more pumpkin pie spice. The frosting is super yummy and helps to sweeten the cake! Thanks for the recipe!

Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2006
This was one of our favorite dishes growing up so it was a serious trip down memory lane last night when I made it. It's almost the exact recipe that my mom would make, the only difference is that she always added a can of tomato soup to the beef mixture. It was delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Marcia's Famous Sticky Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
These sticky buns got rave reviews to the brunch that we took them too. I followed the recipe except for adding half vanilla and half butterscotch puddings. I will make these again and again. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2006
I always love this recipe. I use blue cheese dressing instead of Ranch which gives it a little tangy bite mixed with that hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Tortilla Rollups IV

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2006
These were good, everybody liked them. But once the party had begun and they sat out for a bit they didn't look quite as tasty. And we had tons left over. Thanks for the recipe.

Marinated the chicken for about 8 hours in the sauce before grilling them up. Great flavor and the sauce is easy to make. Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Potato Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2006
I felt like a serious goddess last night at the pool party we went to, thanks to this recipe. Everybody raved about it and everybody asked for the recipe. I added just a little bit of ranch dressing powder mix for extra flavor. Will be making again and again for sure.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2006
This recipe rocks! It's easy and it's delicious as is, but I've also made it with a few changes to suit our tastes. I've done chocolate graham crackers with oreo cookie pudding and my very favorite is cinnamon graham crackers with cheesecake pudding. I suppose it strays a bit from the eclair taste but it's fun to mix it up a little. Thanks for the recipe!

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
This marinade turned out great but we thought that the teriyaki flavor was just a little too overpowering. We'll try this recipe again but may cut back the teriyaki to just 1 T. Thanks for the recipe.

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2006
Thanks for the delicious recipe, we thought it was great. The only changes I made were to omit the onions and instead add some chopped green peppers and a little garlic. My husband already had some of the leftovers as a late evening snack (and he never eats leftovers)! We didn't cook it too long, make sure the noodles are al dente, the little bit of chew in the noodles really tops the dish off. Thanks again!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
I forgot to pick up raspberries at the store for this recipe, so I made the dip without them. It still turned out good but I will for sure add the raspberries next time. The cinnamon chips took some time but were well worth it. Thanks for the recipe.

Casa Dressing

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
I made this dressing to top off a taco salad that we took to a fiesta dinner party. Everybody really liked it. Next time around I will add a little extra cilantro, and I'll be sure to double the recipe. Thanks!
