Broccoli Casserole III

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2007
I didn't have any Ritz crackers so I used croutons and Cheez-it crackers instead. May not be the healthiest way to eat veggies but sure was a delicious way to enjoy broccoli! I'll be making this again for sure, thanks for the recipe!

Meatloaf With A Bite

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
I used crushed Doritos and added taco seasoning. Great flavor but didn't quite hold together very well. We will be making this again, thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2007
I made this recipe as written and although it turned out great I think next time around I'll do as others suggest with 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream instead of all mayo, along with an extra jalapeno. Thanks for the great recipe!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
This was juicy and full of flavor. Super easy too. I may try marinating the chicken in the olive oil/garlic mix for a few hours as suggested by another reviewer. Thanks for the recipe!

Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2007
This was great. Like a few other reviewers I also cooked the two slices separate, then sandwiched the peanut butter and banana slices in between. A super easy and yummy change on the usual french toast. Thanks for the recipe!

Bavarian Style Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
Like a few others, I also doubled the amount of meatballs but not the sauce. We ate them on potato dinner rolls with swiss cheese. They were great! Thanks for the recipe.

Migas II

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
I made this for breakfast this morning and it was great! I added a little dollop of sour cream and lots of salsa. Next time I think I'll try adding some green chili peppers. Thanks for the recipe.

Popcorn Nachos

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
Yum, I didn't add the cheese because we didn't have any but I can only imagine that the cheese would add complete yumminess to this snack. Thanks for the recipe!

Mashed Potato Dream

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2007
These potatoes were great. Instead of the garlic powder I put a couple of garlic cloves in with the boiling potatoes then just mashed it all together. I didn't have Parmesan so I added cheddar and monterey jack. Thanks for the recipe!

Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2007
Okay, so I never knew what Pierogis were until I was 16 and had the frozen kind at a friend's house. I liked them then so decided to try them from scratch when I saw this recipe. Yum, yum, yum! I LOVE PIEROGIS! Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making it again.

Pear Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
Growing up, my Grandmother always sent us a bottle of homemade pear jam no matter where we lived in the U.S. When I saw this recipe for Pear Bread I thought of her and of how delicous it would go with her recipe for her famous jam. Sure enough I was right...as soon as this bread came out of the oven, we spread slices with butter and her delicious pear jam! I'm pretty sure we got a glimpse of heaven within those two minutes of inhaling this delicious treat! Followed the recipe exactly. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
I put frozen uncooked chicken in the crock pot as well and then shredded it after a few hours. I didn't have any enchilada sauce so I used a bottle of beer and a packet of taco seasoning instead. I also added two cans of black beans just because I like them. It turned out perfectly delicious, especially with the sour cream, cheese, and tortilla strips on top. Thanks so much for the yummy recipe!

Radish Salad With Parsley & Chopped Eggs

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2007
My mom and I decided to try this recipe, beside the negative review and the 27 that agreed ;) since she loves radishes in salad, and I'm a big fan of egg in my salad. We both agreed that it was great and that we would venture to make it again for another lunch date. Thanks for the recipe!

I used Spaghetti sauce and put it in a 9x13 dish rather than the pie pan. We loved it! Thanks for the recipe.

Tuna Egg Sandwich

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
I'm very finicky about tuna, this is one of the only ways that I actually like it. Nice and simple recipe and I like the crunch with the celery. My husband and I add a little sweet relish to ours as well. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
This soup was exactly what I wanted! I shredded a roasted chicken from the deli instead of cooking the chicken in the crock pot. It turned out great! We served it with sour cream, avocado, cheese, and tortilla chips. Thanks for the great recipe!
