Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
The only things I changed were seasonings (I added a little bit of anything I could find) and biscuits.... (I added extra and cut them into quarters). I put them in an hour before serving and they came out wonderful. I am not usually into a recipe like this, but it was really good. My husband and kids LOVE it! Now the cold weather is back, I can start making it again. Thanks for a great recipe!

Summer Chicken Burgers
I am giving this 5 stars because I took the advice of others and changed somethings.... I marinated pounded chicken breasts in Newman's Own Light Caesar dressing... I mashed the avocado with some lemon and then mixed it with mayo instead of slicing it, and I topped it with bacon. I also had muenster cheese on hand, so that is what I used in place of provolone. These sandwiches were AWESOME. My entire family (even 3 and 5 year olds) LOVED this.

BBQ Chicken Calzones
YUMMMMMMMMY! I made this for my family tonight and it was loved by all! I used homemade dough and BBQ sauce (I try to use as little jarred/canned foods as possible). I also used Monterey Jack cheese because I thought it would be more complimentary than mozzarella... The calzones were awesome! Thank you for sharing!
