The Perfect Mai Tai
Ended up serving two gallons of this at a party. It was a HUGE hit. I left out and did not substitute anything for the 151, but served with an extra splash of dark rum floating on top of each glass. I used amaretto for the almond syrup and used 1/2 OJ and 1/2 pineapple juice instead of all OJ. It tasted just like the mai tais we had in Hawaii. These really sneak up on you!!!

Roasted Balsamic Cauliflower
All I could taste was the vinegar! I did not like this at all!

This was ok. It was a little more bland than I had hoped.
