Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
I followed the recipe as is. I don't know why people alter the recipe before they have even tried it. If you change the recipe, don't review it. Because you didn't make it. But I digress...these cookies are very good. They remind me of Keebler Softbatch.....Highly recommend.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Very good...no Super good!!! Used slivered almonds instead of peanuts...will use Spanish peanuts in the caramel next time...followed others and did 200 degrees for 45 min.; was not quite crunchy enough...will go an hour next time...definitely will make this one again!!!

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This was better than store bought, excellent flavor. I stgarted with 1/2 cup of cocoa I don't see why you would even need to add semi-choclate. Thank you for the recipe!!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
Nice base recipe, as others I added some white wine and milk. I also added some fresh ginger and rosemary and sauted with onion, and two cloves of garlic. Seared chops on both sides(big Husker chops about 2" thick)than placed them 13X9 poured sauce over top and baked at 400F for about 15-20min, was very good.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
Not a favorite in our house...made it per the recipe. If I try it again I will omit the cinnamon, cut the vanilla by at least half, and some of the clove. Was just to "spicy". Liked the consistency though. I did omit the rum, why ruin rum with eggnog?
