I am a single mother who thought that I was destined to go back to school to obtain my bachelor's degree in business. Although I am doing just that, I find that I think about cooking and how to perfect my skills more often than I think about finance and economic problems in the business world. What's a girl to do? After I finish school next year, I plan to devote a lot more time to cooking. I have always hated cooking so you can imagine my surprise at finding out that I absolutely love it now! Life...it definitely has a way of taking the reigns sometimes, lol! I found these absolutely delicious banana muffins on this site. Talk about scrum-diddlee-umptious! I don't have any yet... Just about everything that I have tried has been to die for...let the cooking commence! There were some lemon bars that I tried on this site that were just disgusting and I am convinced I did nothing wrong. Also, I tried recently, a vegan brownie - YUCK. I think I did do something wrong and will try them again. I deleted the lemon recipe from my recipe box!
