Maria's Pepper Steak
The recipe was right, easy to do with ingredients you have on hand and adjustable! I added a few sprinkles of crushed red pepper, 1/2 t ginger powder, and about 2 t of dried parsley. Per other reviews, I used 1/2 the amount of honey and vinegar. Turned out great--my first time cooking beef, so I probably overcooked.
