Hearty Apple Almond Oatmeal
I have oatmeal every day. Suggestion - forget that instant stuff. Cook "Steel Cut" oatmeal. So good. I add chopped apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, cinnamon and 1 TBLS. ground flax seeds. Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar or honey and yum, yum, yum. In the summer time in place of apples and cranberries, I add 1/2 chopped banana, blueberries and walnuts. Soooooo good.
