I started cooking after getting married. After catching the kitchen on fire a few times and receiving many fire extinguishers as gag gifts I think i have managed to win over my critics one recipe at a time. Chicken cordon bleu, stuffed pork chops, pumpkin cheese cake and mini cheese cakes are my favorites w/ the best feedback from guests. My mom makes a baked macaroni cheese that is perfect everytime and creme puffs I cant get enough of. Everyone loves my chicken cordon bleu, fresh bread crumbs give it that extra touch. I have had a few grease fires.
