I grew up in Cincinnati where the food everywhere is amazing. Both of my parents were outstanding cooks. My brother became a chef and is now an executive chef in a restruant here. I am currently in culinary school majoring in Pasrty Arts. I have been a vegetarian since I was four so I am always looking for new fun things to try.

I love pasta dishes and soups. I am currently looking for the perfect pasta salad.

The secret family recipes for chili, no bake cookies, potato soup, and my grandmother's mac and cheese.

An amazing white chocolate raspberry cheesecake made me realize I wanted to become a pastry chef.

None of my asian dishes turn out like I want them to.

Sheila's Greek Style Avocado Dip
We made this as part of our Christmas around the world dinner. It was wonderful! I double the feta and its one of our favorite dips.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I made this a vegetarian meatloaf and used burger crumbles instead of meat. I thought it was OK. I couldn't eat a while lot of it but I have never had meat loaf before so I can't say if it was the recipe or if meatloaf is just not for me. I gave it 4 starts because my fiance LOVED it. He said it wasn't as good as his grandmother's but a close second.
