Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2013
i first tried this at a baby shower i attended and HAD to have the recipe. this BBQ is so yummy! i love mangos and pulled pork, so what could go wrong for me!? i used frozen mangos i had on hand and one mango pit. i also just used 1 and 1/2 bottles of sauce (kraft honey smoked flavor and half of a bottle of stubb's i had in the fridge). i can not convey just how tasty this recipe is! you'll want to eat the entire pot! make some slaw on the side and serve on nice sesame rolls :D

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2012
this is my all time favorite banana bread recipe. i made just a few minor changes. i bake it at 350 and instead of four pans, i use three. i also mix brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle it on top of the loaves (i could swear this used to be part of the instructions of this recipe). my oven is old, so it takes a bit longer than an hour. i just keep an eye on it and use the good old toothpick test.

Real Italian Calzones

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2008
i really love this crust. i substitute 1 cup of the flour for wheat flour. i also divide the dough into 6 pieces rather than 2.
