Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
This one is a "keeper" for sure. Both my 6 yr old and 4 yr old gave it 2 thumbs up! I followed it pretty close. I did set my oven broiler at 475 and left them in there for 30 mins. I did flip them half way through. Came out perfect!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Oh these are SO GOOD!!! I was tempted to leave them longer than 8 mins but read other reviews saying not to do that! And they are right! The 8 mins is right on! And I also like to have the peanut butter cups frozen or kept in the fridge to put them in the balls! That is a great tip! I'm thinking this is a new family favorite!!

Butter Snow Flakes
Oh ... these are GOOD! The only thing I did different was double the cinnamon - we like cinnamon. These turned out light, buttery and had the perfect texture! I did have to bake them for the full 15 mins to get them to lightly brown on the tips. But you would have to adjust time according to your oven as everyone's is different. ;) I had no problems pushing this dough through my $10 cookie press! Worked perfectly! Well ... almost .. I need to bake MORE because we ate them up too fast! LOL!
