Banana Banana Bread
This bread was much too bland for me. At a minimum it needed more sugar. I made it again with the same amount of brown sugar, and added some white sugar - plus all the spices others recommend. And for fun I threw in some chocolate chips. Much, much better.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
fantastic! i didn't add worcestershire sauce, just because i didn't have any, and it was fine. i also don't have a grill, so i baked it in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 400. lastly, wanted to serve this with vegatables, so i mixed a bag of frozen califlower in with the chicken and sause and popper it all together in the oven. because i left it uncovered, the califlower got a bit roasted, which was so good.

Banana Oat Bars
These taste fine, but I gave them four stars because they are a sweeter treat that is low in calories and fat. I used brown sugar instead of white and added ground flax seed, for health reasons. The bars turned out fine. But next time I will use a smaller cooking dish, probably 9x9, as they were very thin and fell apart easy.
