Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
What a great recipe especially for Thanksgiving. Everyone commented on how good they were. Especially my neice who is highly picky. This recipe made it to the recipe binder! I used paper towels in place of the terry towel. Only used approx. 6oz cream cheese and about that much sour cream. Forgot the butter, one of my guest said they were perfect without it! Thanks for the great recipe!

Just made these this morning ... Wow wee!!! Great recipe. No need for bisquick anymore. Allowed the soured milk to sit for 15 or so min. on suggestion of another reviewer. These are amazing! My husband doesn't care for pancakes too much, he loved these. Give it a try!! Thanks so much for the recipe!

One word... AMAZING!!!! These are the hit of my Christmas goodie plates! I didn't know what was meant by candie coated chocolate pieces? I covered in carmel, let sit then dipped in chocolate and rolled in heath pieces. Great recipe. Thanks so much for sharing...

Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2009
Fabulous! I tried not to change too much :) Used ground ginger and garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Didn't add the beef to the sauce, another reviewer mentioned it made the beef soggy. Made more sauce to pour over the beef and rice. This is a keeper, will worth the effort. Thanks for a delightful recipe.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
This was fabulous. My husband said I never had to put the meat in the "hot tub" again. The consistancy and flavor are so much better than the traditional slow cook method in our opinion. Thanks for the great recipe!

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
This is fabulous! I'm not a fan of the traditional recipe and this is just what I was looking for. I used about 5 strips of bacon more cheese and mushrooms and added some of the onions into the mix. We have declared this our new green bean casserole recipe!!! Everyone who tried it was interested in the recipe. Thanks so much!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Great base recipe Charley!!! My boys ask for this recipe often, and can be adapted to what you have on hand.. I also put it all in my pressure cooker, it speeds things along. Great for burritos, soft tacos or salads.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
Super easy!! I didn't have a thermometer, but as others suggested went with the dark caramel color, and it is fabulous!!! I did add some vanilla and I stirred constantly over a medium low heat. Buttered the pan and put down some slivered almonds, and topped with chocolate chips. This stuff is delicious!! And fool proof.
