Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2012
I just adjusted a few things: use 1/2 finely chopped purple onion, 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs, a tablespoon or two of Worcestershire sauce. I doubled the brown sugar, mustard & ketchup mixture & baked on the side in a covered dish. Drain the fat from meatloaf then add the brown sugar, ketchup & mustard mixture.

Delicious with some changes. Used equal amounts tomato sauce & chicken broth; pureed some of the cannellini beans to thicken broth; used 1-2 garlic cloves, half a diced onion, 1-2 tablespoons of fresh basil chopped. Cooked the ditalini pasta in a separate pan, drained & added cooked pasta at the end. Topped fagioli with shaved parmesan cheese & served with garlice bread.

Mini Crescent Dogs

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
I unrolled the dough on wax paper and used a pizza cutter (rather than a knife)to cut the dough. I served ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce and spicy mustard on the side for dipping. This is a perfect simple appetizer.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
As others suggested, I increase the milk gradually, then I increased the light corn syrup. I use 1 tsp. vanilla extract. After you are done icing the cookies, place them in the refridge for several minutes so that the icing dries faster (then you can stack the cookies).

Potato Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: May 24, 2008
Worth the calories! Use a thin potato chip like Lays. Do not flatten dough with a fork. Just drop dough from a teaspoon or a medium/small scoop. Bake cookies only until edges are slightly browned (do not over cook). Dust with powdered sugar when still warm. Enjoy!
