Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
This is a good care free recipe but lacks a little flavor. I might try it again but add some ingredients, maybe some garlic.

Creamy Cinnamon Rice Pudding
This is so delicious I have made it twice now and have gotten compliments from all the guests. It really makes a lot so the 2nd time I cut the recipe in half. Do put in all the cinnamon and I added raisins.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad
I used left over rotisserie chicken. Absolutely delicious. An easy make ahead recipe for luncheons, church socials etc.
