Peach Cobbler I
I followed the recipe exactly how it is written, but doubled the dough mixture to cover the entire top of the cobbler. I am not a baker and this was certainly a huge step for me...but OMG is this awesome! I cannot wait to serve it for dessert tonight! My husband is not going to believe I made this, let alone from fresh peaches. Definitely easy and a keeper!

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast
I made this for guests visiting for Christmas Eve. I was a little nervous about the ingredients, but read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I was so happy I did! EVERYONE loved it (even the kids ranging from age 4-13) and it was the most tender pork I ever made! I used two smaller pork tenderloins and instead of browning beforehand, just "tented" the foil around them and let them go. Absolutely awesome! I made them with a sweet potatoes and pears recipe, also on this site, and my husband couldn't say enough...and he never compliments my cooking! Make this and you won't be sorry!

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
This is the first time I prepared anything with spaghetti squash, so I was a little nervous. However, we loved it! My husband had three helpings! I did change the stewed tomatoes to crushed tomatoes to make it more saucy so kids would like it (they didn't)...but my hubby and I give it a thumbs up!
