Double Tomato Bruschetta

This Bruschetta was amazing. I didn't use the sundried tomatoes because the jar I bought was damaged (and didn't realize it until I was already preparing this) but it still came out wonderfully. I used extra cheese and it was a huge hit!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This is the BEST apple pie ever. The first time I made it I wasn't crazy about it. The second and third time I loved it. I'm not a big apple pie eater, but I ate almost a whole pie by myself. It is an incredibly easy recipe and took almost no time at all to prepare. (I used an apple corer/slicer and then further sliced the apples)

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was an excellent cheesecake. I've made it twice, taking the advice about not over beating the mixture. I still got a crack in mine but it tasted amazing! If you're looking for a great cheesecake, this is it.

Glazed Apple Cream Pie

This was very good, I don't care for traditional apple pie and this was a nice spin on it. I used a packaged pie crust for the bottom and latticed puff pastry on the top, it was wonderful and I will definitely be making this again.

Chocolate Crinkles II

I have made these cookies 3 times so far. Always a hit and definitely worth the effort. I was a little hesitant about the oil over butter or shortening, but these cookies are amazing. I freeze the dough and then use a melon baller to scoop them out. These bake better on a nonstick pan than they do on parchment. I never liked chocolate cookies before these, but now I love them!

Taco Lasagna

I made this recipe exactly according to the directions. It came out really well and was incredibly easy to make. Next time I make it I will take the user suggestions on mixing the sour cream and meat together before spreading. It was hard to evenly spread the sour cream, I will also use more sour cream next time. This is definitely a keeper!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I have made this for the last 2 thanksgivings, and it is always a hit. It is definitely easy to make with great results! I was originally looking for a pumpkin pie/cheese cake layered pie, and came across this, this is more of a cheesecake with a pumpkin pie flavor.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

This recipe was great, I have made this twice, once with 2 9" regular pie crusts, and once with a 9" deep dish pie crust. The deep dish definitely worked a lot better! I've tried many different recipes from this site, this is the easiest and the best taste wise.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

This cake was amazing. I took the advice of others and poured some glaze into the pan and replaced the cake to let it soak in, I then poked holes in the bottom of the cake and poured the glaze all over the bottom. I will be making this again very soon.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is just as good as everyone says it is. I am not a big chocolate cake eater but this cake is to die for. I took the advice to use mini chocolate chips and it came out perfectly. I've made it 2 times in the week I've had the recipe! Thank you so much for sharing.

Cake Balls

These are very good, they're really addicting... I used chocolate cake mix, chocolate frosting and coated them in dark chocolate. Everyone loved them. I took the advice of some of the users to let it cook for a bit, I wish I hadn't. I think you should crumble the cake when it is still fairly hot to ensure the smallest crumbs for best formation for dipping.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

I am rating these on the responses I got. These were very easy to make, I mixed everything by hand to avoid over beating, they came out perfectly. I think I overbaked them a tad, so next time I'll pull them out after 35 minutes without waiting for a clean toothpick. I would recommend these brownies they were a big hit.

Best Brownies

I was hesitant to make these because of some of the mixed reviews, but I am truly glad I did. These are the absolute best brownies I have ever had, like one reviewer said these are somewhere in between cake like and fudgy. But perfectly in between. I doubled the recipe (doubled exactly) and baked it for 30 minutes. I took the other reviewers advice and mixed it by hand (slightly mixed the eggs before mixing them in). The middle did look undone when I took it out but it was perfect when it cooled. I would recommend this recipe but it seems there is a lot of room for error so good luck! Thanks so much for the recipe!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I made this for the first time after shying away from it a few times. It came out just like the picture. I think I may have rolled it the wrong way though since I don't have that many pinwheels but I thought if I rolled it the way it was supposed to be rolled it might be too big. Next time I'll do it the right way hehe.

Berry Shortbread Dreams

These were delicious. I made them just as the recipe says and they came out wonderfully. They spread a little more than I had anticipated, but the flavor was great. Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've tried quite a few chocolate chip cookie recipes and this is by far the best. Everyone raved about them. I also didn't have any mexican vanilla extract so I used the regular kind and they were delicious, next time I'll try recipe as is. Thanks so much for sharing!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

I was a bit skeptical about trying this, but it was the most amazing desert. I got many compliments on it and it has become my new favorite recipe. I would recommend making it the night before, it seems the longer it sits the better it gets. I used 2 8x8 square pans and it worked out perfectly.
