This recipe makes excellent zucchini bread! My family raved. I used pecans instead of walnuts. Made it extra yummy. I made 2 loaves with the intention of us eating one and freezing one. But both loaves disappeared in a blink! I'll make this again and again! Thanks, Sophie! And thanks, Allrecipes.com!!!

Green Tomato Relish

YUMMY!!! My family would eat this as an entree! I made 1/4 of the original recipe. I was able to can 2 wide-mouthed pint jars and 3 half-pint jelly jars from the 1/4 recipe. The only thing I would change is that next time I'll reduce the celery seed by just a tiny bit--maybe use 2 TSP instead of 2-1/4 TSP. But really, this is a wonderful relish.

Stuffed Cabbage

I separated the leaves from the cabbage head and steamed them in the microwave for a few minutes, covered with some wet paper towels. That saved a LOT of time. I made the stuffing as the recipe stated and found it too bland. Next time I will add garlic powder and will use uncooked rice. The rice will cook in the oven.

Meatball Cookies

What a wonderful cookie! I made 3 batches--one for home, one for holiday gift boxes and one to freeze. They were a big hit with everyone! The combination of the chocolate and the spices is delicious. A great cookie with afternoon tea!

Easy Quiche

This makes a beautiful presentation. For years I have made quiche the old way..rolling out the pie crust. But this! Ooh la la!!! Beautiful and delicious. What a wonderful recipe. I use bacon instead of ham, spinach instead of broccoli. Sometimes I add onions, sometimes not. That's the beauty of this perfect recipe--you can add or substitute. I make 2 and freeze one or give it as a beautiful, tasty gift. Thanks for this perfect recipe! If there were 10 stars, I'd give those.

Dill Pickles

I just opened the first jar. These are absolutely the best dill pickles I have ever eaten. There is only one problem--I didn't make enough! They disappear in a flash! I'm headed to the farmers' market for more cucumbers while there is still time. Thanks for this perfect recipe.

Super Swiss Steak

This is a perfectly wonderful recipe! Thanks for sharing it! Many recipes call for ketchup but the cloves and marjoram in this recipe make it so wonderful, like using a gourmet ketchup. This is a real keeper. I cooked it in the slow cooker. WOW!!! It disappeared from the dish immediately with some taking seconds! I will have to make more next time.
