Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
Amazing!! I added 1/3 cup of sour cream and more cheese. I was disappointed that there were no left overs!!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
WOW!! Best turkey EVER!! I added few additional ingredients...I sliced a large onion and laid on the bottom of the crock pot. Rubbed the turkey with Lipton's Beefy Mushroom Soup Mix. Added the turkey breast and topped with 2 pats of butter, a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, cracked pepper and a clove of garlic! Fabulous!!

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
It was okay, definitely not my favorite enchilada recipe. The consistency wasn't right and the tortillas came out extraordinarily soggy. Not too sure what went wrong!

Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
Very tasty recipe; different from the typical chicken dinners we are used to! I didn't have time to allow the chicken to marinate, so I pierced the chicken and rolled it in the vinegar/oil mixture to try to infuse the flavors. I added a medium onion as well, quartered. I wish that the sauce was a little thicker. Maybe for leftovers I can thicken it with cornstarch! It was very very good nonetheless!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2006
This bread was very easy to make and was very delicious!! The top of it came out lumpy, but other than that, it was perfect! I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Will make again!!

Chicago Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2006
After adding some garlic powder, the dip tasted better; it still had a very overpowering taste of mayonaise. Great base recipe to play with...

Homemade Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
I loved this recipe but doctored it to my tasting. Instead of 3 cups of milk, I used two cups, plus 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of half-n-half. Instead of the 1/2 grated parmesan cheese, I used 1 cup of Monterey Jack, plus I sprinkled grated parmesan into the mix. I used two dashes of mustard powder to give it an extra kick, and also added a cup of ham to make the meal complete! Instead of bread-crumbs, I substituted croutons, maybe 1/4 cup. Delicious--I'll definitely make it again!
