Aunt Irene's Frosting

Maybe the frosting tastes good with coconuts on it, but not on its own. The consistency was more like a mushy, heavy custard than the light frosting I was looking for.

Banana Banana Bread

A good banana bread recipe, but the tempature in the recipe was a little too high (the outside cooked too fast, while the inside was not done). Next time I'll either lower the heat or use two loaf pans instead of one.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These cookies were okay, so I don't see why everyone is making such a fuss over them. I still have about two dozen left uneaten; they weren't THAT great. One good thing is that they did stay soft.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These cookies were an absolute dream! I used a cookie scoop, which made it fast and easy to work with the dough. The cookies were delicious with a capital "D". They were similar in taste to McDonald's sugar cookies that are sold individually. I HIGHLY recommend this recipe.
