Zucchini Brownies
It's true the moisture comes from the zucchini when it's all cooking. Do not change a thing and it will work out oh so yummy. Yummy, fudgey brownies that can easily be made vegan just by using vegan butter. That's what I did and it was fantastic!!

Joe Froggers
This was a hit! I made some cream cheese icing for the top, used 3/4 cup molasses instead of 1 cup, and rolled them out to just a little bit thicker than the recommended 1/4 inch. My friends loved them and they were so fun to make :) The recipes does have a type-o in it. It calls for the use of baking soda in the ingredients and baking powder in the recipe. It was a 50/50 chance and luckily I chose the correct one, which was BAKING SODA.

Chicken and Garlic
pound out the chicken if you want it to fall apart in your mouth. also, you can use lemon instead of lime juice and its good to go overboard with it. consider adding a splash of white cooking wine to the recipe. lastly, i like to add the cilantro right before I serve it, so it still has that beautiful green color and isn't wilted.
