This is ok, but just ok. Not good enough to put into the regular rotation. It was too sweet and there wasn't enough of any other flavor to balance that out. Again, it wasn't bad, but we likely won't be making it again soon.

Creole Chicken I

Peanut Butter Noodles

Very, very good and very easy. You might want to make a little bit more of the sauce -- there wasn't quite enough to coat all the noodles (I used lbs. of rice noodles).

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Excellent and very, very easy. I seared my roast before putting it in the crockpot, but didn't change anything else. DELICIOUS.

Grilled Chicken Over Spinach

This was a quick and easy dish to put together. The chicken was on the blander side, but an extra dash of cayanne pepper or some salt was all that it needed. The spinach was fantastic. I sprinkled some crumbled feta on top.
