Sausage Cornbread Bake
I changed this recipe a bit, but we really liked it and would have liked it even better the real way probably. I had some ground beef that needed to be used so I used that instead of sausage. I added salt, pepper and onion powder to make it more of a dinner flavor. The cornbread I did the same except I left out the oil. I don't know why that would be necessary. It turned out great and my elementary age sons ate it up happily.

Corn Salad II
Wow, we loved this! We didn't have celery seed, but added a little more salt and some pepper. We honestly couldn't stop eating it. But then again, we LOVE corn. :)

Thai Peanut Chicken
YUM! I loved this recipe, and will be adding it to my recipe box. I made some small changes due to taste preference, but it would be perfect as written too. I used sugar snap peas instead of broccoli, I doubled the sauce (although it would have been fine without doubling), and I added cilantro on the top as another reviewer suggested because I love the taste of cilantro. Wonderful dinner!
