Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
This is the first soup I've ever made & luckily it was a success. It was very easy to make & it was delicious. My boyfriend loved it too! A couple of changes I made: 1 tsp cumin, 1 lb chicken breast, balsamic vinegar. I will definitely be making this again & again!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: May 23, 2007
We had a birthday breakfast buffet at work today so I decided to make this. I made two small adjustments. I added minced garlic with the onions and to the final mixture I added some roasted red peppers for color. I put it in the pie pan in the fridge overnight then baked it this morning. It looked so pretty and tasted even better! Everyone commented on how good it was! This quiche couldn't have been easier to make and it was a crowd pleaser. I will definitely make this again.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2006
Pork chop perfection! I was looking for a new way to cook chops & I am so glad I came across this recipe. I followed the steps exactly and it could not have been easier. The pork chops were falling apart & we could cut them with a fork. No knife required! The sauce was divine. Served with rice and I had one satisfied boyfriend. He did say they were a tad bit dry (I didn't notice!) so I will cut the cook time back a little the next time--I used the 8 hour setting. This is by far my favorite pork chop recipe & I will definitely be making this again & again & again...

Reese's® Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Bars

Reviewed: May 15, 2006
Trouble with a capital T! These brownies are fabulous! I made them for my boyfriend because he is a peanut butter & chocolate freak. I am a beginner cook--this may have been the first dessert I've ever made. These brownies were very easy to make and turned out great. My boyfriend was very impressed! I just popped one in the microwave ( with a moist paper towel) for 15 seconds and it was divine! Glass of milk a must!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2005
I was looking for a quick, easy, and delicious recipe and I sure found one! I made this for my boyfriend tonight and he said it's a definite keeper. This recipe was super easy and super delish! It took about 15-20 minutes to prepare. I followed previous advice and only cooked the chops for an hour--they probably could have been taken out at 45 min. (I had extremely thick chops too!) I also only cooked 4 chops but followed the recipe for 6 servings. I had a lot of extra yummy sauce. I highly recommend this recipe if you like pork chops!
