Jalapeno Chicken II
My boyfriend & I didn't care for this very much. We thought it was bland when made as written. This recipe has potental though. I gave it 3 stars since the other people we bar-b-qued with like it.

Baked Beans II
I doubled the recipe, but cut the brown sugar in half as others suggested. Cooked in the crock pot for a couple of hours without the lid so it wouldn't be so watery. I took them to a party so the crock pot was nice to keep them warm and easy to seve from. Everybody said they were great.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
I have already made this a bunch of times. It is wonderful. I don't put the parmesan on it. I put the parsley in the bag with the califlower and cook it all together for the 25 min. Its usally brown enough without broiling.
