Great spring/summer party recipe. I make these and people ask who my caterer is. The rosemary mayo makes the sandwich. In the fall/winter I use slow roasted plum tomatoes to give the sandwiches a heartier dish (because tomatoes stink at this time of year).

Unbelievable Chicken

I use the marinade in this recipe on boneless chicken breats and then make grilled chicken sandwiches. I made them for a party and everyone went wild, there was not one sandwich left. Since my kids love the chicken this way I make sanwiches for them as well on a regular basis.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

I have tried most of the similar recipes on the site but found this one to be the best. The sour cream adds a nice flavor and texture that the others do not have. Also, these hold over great for leftovers. I do use less onions to appease my husband. Even my 3 year old loves these.

Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

These were prety darn good! They take a little more effort than the other recipes posted but are worth it. Hubby liked how the seasonings added flavor but did not overpower the crab and they stayed together without a lot of breading. I did add an extra egg white.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

I have been experimenting with different recipes for sausage and peppers but this one is by far the best. The red peppers and onion made the difference from the other dishes I've tried. The beer seems to mellow the flavor of the peppers. Everyone who I had try this yesterday has asked for a second sandwich.
