The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

made this for dinner tonight and it was delish! I baked it in the oven at 180deg for 40min and the meatballs came out perfectly. I followed some other recommendations about adding crushed pineapple and added a nice flavour. Next time I'm going to add some dried chillies as well for a little kick. will definitely be making this again. thanks for the great recipe!

Apple Banana Cupcakes

These are simply deliciously scrumptuous! I used tinned pie apples and chopped them up. Came out so nice and moist. DH & I polished them off with 2 days!

English Walnut Date Cake

I made this for Christmas and everyone raved about it! I also made a granadilla flavoured icing that i drizzled over it and the tanginess really complemented the cake flavour. Will definately be making this every year for christmas now.

Fettuccini Carbonara

This was so delicious. I made a couple of changes. I used feta instead of parmesan and I used 1 cup of cream to make more sauce. My DH thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definately be making this again!

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

This bread was absolutely DELICIOUS! It's definately better after wrapped in foil for a day. This in no way means it's not good beforehand, it's just becomes even more delicious!
