Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
Incredible! So good! I used butter instead of margarine, and milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet ones. I cooked it for 35 min, and when I tried to eat just a little bit of it, it very quickly turned into a lot more than that, because it is irresistible. I'll do it again for guests, or in the worst of winter for comfort food. My boyfriend loved it and had it with milk, and our friends loved it too. Thank you for this!

Kielbasa Appetizers

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
Wow! I would have never thought of this on my own, and it was wonderful! I didn't have much time on my hand so I cooked it for over a half hour, and I used ketchup instead of barbecue sauce, and it was great! Thank you so much for this!

Veggie Lo Mein

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
So good! Really fast, really easy, and it satisfied my craving for chinese food. I added some ginger and a little bit of basalmic vinegar since I didn't have oyster sauce. I'll definitely do it again.

Glazed Pearl Onions with Raisins and Almonds

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
My boyfriend's favorite! We had it as accompaniment to some roasted chicken and rice, and it was so good. I didn't have cherry, and used apple cider vinegar, and it was so good. Very easy to make too!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
My boyfriend said that they taste just like the way his mother makes them, which is to say, very good. They're a bit too sweet for my taste so another time I'll use a bit less sugar. Otherwise, really easy and quick!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
So easy and so good! It was a bit too buttery and oily, but once in a while it's so good. I served it with some lemon rice pilaf and it made a great dinner.

Scallops with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
Pretty good. The cream ended up quite liquid and not quite thick enough. Otherwise, tasty and easy.

Shrimp Tetrazzini

So good! Very easy to make and really yummy. I didn't have milk so I put some heavy cream instead, and I added an egg yolk just before putting the dish in the oven. I'll definitely do it again.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
So easy and so good. I too used flour and milk for the sauce with just a little bit of heavy cream. Very filling, and great for a fall or winter night.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

So easy, so good! I loved that it is not too sugary, and somewhat crunchy with the walnuts (I didn't have any almonds on hand). Quick baking time, which was great!

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
So good! It takes a bit of time getting all the seeds out, but it is so worth it! We were four adults for dinner and there was no poppers left! The proportions for the filling were perfect, and the cheese really smoothed over the spiciness of the jalapenos. I put bread crumbs on top, and it worked great. Thank you for this recipe!
