Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2006
Carrots never tasted so good! I wouldn't change a thing in this recipe. I tripled the amount for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved it. It also wasn't bad as leftovers.

Vegetarian Turkey Stuffing

This recipe was fantastic. It may not be suitable for people who have really sensitive taste buds, but I absolutely loved it.

Pumpkin Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2006
It's fast, easy and delicious. I serve it with the cinnamon graham cracker sticks. It's always a big hit, and everyone asks for the recipe.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2006
I really expected these cookies to be something special, but they weren't. The actual cookie part isn't as good as some of the store bought dough. The dough isn't "easy" to work with unless it's very very cold. I really love desserts, and I especially love anything chocolate. I'm easy to please, and I cook desserts quite frequently. I will not be making this again.

Easy Pizza Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
It was okay. I cut the water and olive oil as others suggested. It could've used more garlic (I'm a fan of garlic.) Also, it could've used more of the other seasonsings. It was okay, but not fantastic.

Marvelous Mocha Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
Fantastic!!!! I couldn't find the reduced-fat chocolate wafers anywhere, so I used a full pack of the chocolate graham crackers instead. Tasted great! It really doesn't taste like anything was reduced fat or lower sugar. I also used decaf instant coffee, and it tasted great.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
My new favorite pizza crust! I like whole wheat foods, but I served this to my entire family, many of them who don't care too much for whole wheat. They all loved it!!! Even my little nephew was crying because he wanted more. It was pretty easy to make, and it tasted fantastic. I had my crust a bit thicker (which is how I like it). I will definitely make this again.

Brown Rice, Broccoli, Cheese and Walnut Surprise

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2005
Fantastic! The flavors came together very nicely! I didn't use cheese (I'm trying to eat healthier), and for me the meal didn't need it. I used olive oil instead of butter. This was simple to make, so I will be making this frequently!

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2005
I love this recipe! It was easy to make, and it will last me forever (it keeps well in the fridge.) The only thing I will change next time is to use half as much green pepper. I can taste the green pepper a bit too much for my liking.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
It was a very good recipe. It wasn't the best salmon I ever had for the preparation time; it seemed the soy may have drowned out the rest of the flavors a bit. However, it was very good, and I will definitely make it again!

Garlic Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2005
I'm really shocked at how good this recipe is! I put way more onion, garlic and pepper than the recipe called for, but I always do. I also left off the dill because I never use it. For how easy this was to prepare, I would never have guessed it would come out this tasty.

Diane's German Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
I don't cook, and even I could make this! It came out VERY well. It wasn't the BEST German chocolate cake I've ever had, but it was very good! I thought it was simple to make (especially since I was busy cleaning, making other food), and the German chocolate cake connoisseur of the group loved it!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
This is a very simple (especially when you're lazy like me and buy the bag of already cut potatoes) and yummy recipe that is VERY easy to tailor to meet your tastes. Personally, I like a LOT of onion, so I used almost a full onion. I also threw in a bit of garlic, and I also used more pepper than called for. I quadrupled the sauce recipe. The one problem with doing this is that the potatoes can become very oily. I would recommend doubling/tripling the mustard/honey part of the sauce recipe and don't add much more butter. Also, I would cut the red potatoes into eighths. I love the basic recipe! I make it frequently!
