Broccoli Cheese Soup VII

Very good flavor. It was a bit to soupy for me. Will thicken it a bit next time. I did add an extra 10oz of frozen chopped broccoli and doubled the amount of bouillon. Yummy!!!

Slow Cooker Ham and Beans

Great flavor! I used a pack of 15 beans for bean soup and used only 1/4C brown sugar. Cooked it on high for 5 hours and it was delicious!!

Sauerkraut-Stuffed Slow-Cooked Pork Roast

I used a pork loin rather than a roast, chopped an onion and added it to the bottom of the crock pot prior to putting in the loin, and added 3/4 bottle of beer. This was absolutely delicious!! The meat was so tender and flavorful. Will definiely add this to the rotation!!

Vegetable Beef Soup I

This was my first time making vege soup. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't turn out like moms but this recipe is delicious!! The only change I made was to use 1Q of tomato juice and 1Q low sodium V8.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad

Sweet Potato Pie II
