Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2006
I took the advice of SOUTHERNBELLE and increased the cream cheese, pumpkin, spices and added the sour cream. I made a double recipe graham cracker crust and baked it in a springform pan. Took a little longer to bake, but was beautiful. I piped whipped topping on it and sprinkled a little pumpkin pie spice on top. It was the favorite at Thanksgiving, No leftovers!!!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2006
Excellent Recipe. I followed the advice of many reviewers and cut the sugar down by 1/3. It makes a fantastic dressing. I added some crushed sugared pecans and bits of cranberry cinnamon goat cheese to the salad, it was a fantastic addition. This was a hit at my big family Christmas. Thanks so much Jamie!
