Corned Beef and Cabbage II
This was a perfect, classic way to make corned beef and cabbage. The vegetables and meat came out perfectly and were delicious. I don't usually care for cabbage but even that was good since it absorbed the other flavors. This will be my go-to corned beef recipe from now on!

Baked Ziti I
I have never used a recipe for baked ziti before - just always did some some combination of ziti, ricotta cheese, sauce, mozzarella cheese and sometimes beef. I made this recipe last night and I will always make it this way from now on. The only substitution I made was to use ground turkey instead of ground beef. My whole family agreed this was the best baked ziti I had ever made. Can't wait to have the leftovers today! Something about the sour cream makes this extra yummy - and as a bonus, sour cream is a lot less expensive than ricotta cheese!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I made a dip recently that was similar to this and it was good, but this recipe is even better! I did make minor changes by using real chicken breasts, baking it and serving it with tortilla chips. Everyone loved it - especially the guys. My brother dubbed me the "queen of hot dips" after tasting this. That's how good it is. This dip will be perfect for football games in the Fall. Thanks for a great recipe that I will be serving for many occasions!
