Fabulous Fruit Salad

Very good. Substituted almond slices for the walnuts. Did not use the celery. Added grapes and strawberries. Used manderian oranges instead of nectarine.

Easy OREO Truffles

These turned out great! I followed the directions almost exactly....I made a small change and instead of using oreos i used peppermint Joe joe's from trader joes (basically a peppermint oreo).

Jif® Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Made these almost exactly as the directions described. I used Rasberry jam and cooked it along with the cookies as other have suggested. I made one other twist....i made one tray with mini snicker on top instead of jam. The peanut butter cookies were amazing and i made no changes to the base recipie.

Make-Ahead Baked Egg Sandwiches

I followed this recipe exactly. I wanted this to work. This is a good plan if you need to make a bunch of sandwhiches and eat them the same day BUT these are aweful soggy if you freeze them and then reheat. To salvage i microwave the egg, ham and cheese, which left a watery mess and then I toasted the bread so that it did not get soggy.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

VERY TASTY- I added cooked chicken and only used 1 can black beans, 1 can pinto. Made about 8-9 burritos.I also used a little taco seasoning to spice it up.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I cooked it for 12hours (3lbs roast) and it turned our great. I did one cup water and a can of broth...Next time i will just use the broth. I also used celery salt instead of celery(didnt have any) Great recipe

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I used boneless breasts and I think I cooked a little too long it was slightly dry. I also used worshtishire sauce, I think next time I will use soy and inject the sauce inside the chicken. Great, quick recipe.

New Waldorf Salad

Very good, but I made a large batch and it went bad in a couple days. I would recommend only doing small batches or make sure it is eaten same day or next day. Also, I used light lemon meringue yogurt.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Great recipe! Added cumin, paprika, and garlic salt. I think I went a little crazy with the salt, but other than that it was great! Served with homemade mac and cheese and ceasar salad. YUM
