Chicken with Lemon Sauce

Wow! Awesome! I have tried lemon chicken recipies over the years and haven't been pleased with the results...but this recipe~~this is the one! I love lemon so I juiced and zested one whole lemon for the recipe. That's it, the only change I made. I can't rave enough about this, so definitely give it a try. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! :)

Very nice! I have also made this with 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips mixed in for a little "chocolate fix" :) Thanks for sharing!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

While searching for something different to do with salmon for the barbecue I stumbled on this recipe...what a find! I marinated 2" cubes of salmon for the afternoon then threaded the salmon with red & green pepper squares onto skewers then grilled~~perfection! I'm glad I saved a little for dipping too! A truly unique, pleasant meal, thank you for sharing it!
