Steamed Mussels II
These came out perfect. Recipe worked exactly as stated and oh what a fantastic flavor. Only suggestion is that I added in a pinot gricio instead of what the recipe called for. I think either would have produced the desired flavor.

Sinless Mississippi Sin
Quick and easy to prepare and not horrible for your figure either. Try this with Rye Bread as well. Nice flavor added in with the bread.

Simple Baked Apples
Turned out great! However, I decided to use both granny smith and macintosh apples and leave the skins on for added color and texture. Not to mention there are a lot of nutrients in the skins for an added health bonus.
